Vinwash – Terms & Conditions for Service

At Vinwash, we recognize that occasional discrepancies may arise in the course of business. Our priority is to resolve any issues promptly, professionally, and amicably to ensure a long-lasting and dispute-free relationship. To minimize potential misunderstandings, we maintain complete transparency through the following Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order through the Vinwash app, website, store, or via pickup executive, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated herein.

1. Pricing and Payments

1.1 Express / Urgent Delivery

Express or urgent delivery requests will incur an additional 50% charge over the standard tariff.

1.2 Specialty / High-Value Articles

Tariffs for designer wear, premium fabrics, and complex or delicate garments will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Specific pricing will be communicated to the customer after garment inspection by our experts.

1.3 Non-refundable Charges

Once processing has begun, service charges are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of changes in customer preference.

1.4 Incorrect Customer Information

Vinwash is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, phone numbers, or garment details provided by the customer.

2. Delivery and Claims

2.1 Proof of Transaction

The original bill or challan must be presented at the time of collection of processed articles.

2.2 Loss of Receipt

If the customer is unable to present the original challan, delivery will be made only after confirming identity and ownership.

2.3 Inspection at Delivery

Customers are expected to inspect garments at the time of delivery. Vinwash shall not be liable for any defects reported after delivery.

2.4 Service Dissatisfaction

Concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

2.5 Garment Count Verification

The garment count recorded at pickup is considered final. Claims of missing items will not be entertained if made after 24 hours from delivery.

2.6 Pickup Scheduling Policy

Customers may choose a preferred pickup date only. Pickup is scheduled for the next day by default.

Same-day pickup is attempted only if the order is placed before the cut-off period. Vinwash accepts pickups only until 9:00 PM. A minimum of 5 hours gap is required between order time and same-day pickup.

2.7 Processing Timeline

Vinwash requires 3 to 5 days for washing, dry-cleaning, and processing. Timelines may vary depending on weather, power outages, or technical conditions.

2.8 Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery for B2C customers is within 7 days, subject to no natural or operational delays.

2.9 B2B Commercial Orders

B2B orders follow the same 3–5 day processing cycle. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on garment quantity, type of service, and business requirements.

2.10 Right to Refuse Pickup/Service

Vinwash reserves the right to refuse service if garments are excessively soiled, contaminated, unsafe, or pose health risks.

3. Liability and Compensation

3.1 Maximum Liability

Vinwash’s maximum liability for any garment shall not exceed 10 times the processing charge or INR 3,000, whichever is lower, regardless of garment value or brand.

3.2 Stain Removal

100% stain removal is not guaranteed. Customers cannot claim compensation for stains that could not be removed despite best efforts.

3.3 Standard Process Risk (No-Claim Policy)

Vinwash is not responsible for damage arising from standard cleaning procedures, including but not limited to:

  • Color bleeding or running
  • Shrinkage or fabric weakening
  • Breakage of accessories, beads, sequins, or embroidery
  • Wear & tear due to fabric age or poor garment quality
  • Cuts, holes, stains, or hidden defects that surface during processing

3.4 Fabric Quality Risk

Garments with unstable dyes, loose threads, weak fabric, or previous damage are processed entirely at the customer's risk.

3.5 Theft / Accidental Loss

Vinwash is not liable for loss or damage resulting from fire, burglary, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond control.

3.6 Unclaimed Articles

Articles unclaimed beyond three (3) weeks from the scheduled delivery date will be considered abandoned.

3.7 Valuables in Garments

Vinwash is not responsible for valuables left inside garments (cash, jewelry, cards, documents, etc.)

3.8 Photographic Documentation

Vinwash may photograph garments before processing for verification and dispute resolution.

4. Governing Law

4.1 Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject exclusively to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

4.2 Arbitration Clause

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to first resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration as per Indian Arbitration Act.

4.3 Modification of Terms

Vinwash reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
