VinWash – Account Deletion Policy

1. How to delete your account

You can delete your VinWash account directly from the mobile application. To request account deletion, follow these steps:

• Log in to your VinWash account
• Go to Profile
• Click on the Delete Account button
• Confirm the deletion request by selecting Yes

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

2. What data will be deleted

After your account is deleted, all personal information associated with your account will be permanently removed from our database, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Delivery and saved addresses
• Profile information

Once deleted, your personal account data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

3. Data retention & order records

While your personal account information will be permanently deleted, VinWash will retain certain order-related and billing information for record-keeping, legal, and accounting purposes.

This retained data may include:

• Order history
• Billing and invoice details
• Transaction records (without personal identifiers)

These records are stored securely and are not linked to an active user profile.

4. Privacy & important notes

• Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
• You must register again to use VinWash in the future.
• Your personal data is never shared with third parties.
• All retained records are used strictly for legal, accounting, and compliance purposes.
